Description: Crushed Limestone Screenings are a fine packing limestone material which can be used as an economical alternative to sand for leveling surfaces for stone or brick patios. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Perfect for horse stalls, sheds, driveways, a base under pavers or natural stone. Once packed becomes a ‘cement like’ base material.

3/8″ Limestone Chips | IDOT #: CA-16

Description: 3/8” crushed limestone chips, containing few fines. 100% crushed, lays flat. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Typical applications for Limestone Chips are landscaping, driveways, parking lots, walking or running paths and building material aggregates.

Grade 8 | IDOT #: CA-6

Description: Grade 8, aka Road Base, aka Road Mix is a 3/4″ and less crushed, limestone product, fractured stones with binder fines. It is light in color tan and gray. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Packs extremely hard, making it excellent for driveways, parking lots, and high traffic areas.

3/4″ Limestone, Class “B” | IDOT #: CA-7

Description: 3/4” Class “B” Limestone can vary slightly in size from 1/4” to 1” with no fines. Slightly larger then Class “A” product. It is tan to gray in color. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Widely used for drainage, as a sub-base for concrete slab or sidewalk installations, utility pipe bedding, tile bedding, French drains, sewer bedding; retaining wall backfill and other uses where water drainage through stone is desired.

3/4″ Limestone, Class “A” | IDOT #: CA-11

Description: 3/4” Class “A” Limestone with no fines. It is tan to gray in color. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Widely used for drainage, as a sub-base for concrete slab or sidewalk installations, utility pipe bedding, tile bedding, French drains, sewer bedding; retaining wall backfill and other uses where water drainage through stone is desired.

1 1/2″ Crushed Limestone

Description: Clean crushed limestone gray in color with some tan. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Commonly used under railroad tracks or to fill deep over digs, base for porches and garages when building.

3″ Limestone

Description: Crushed Limestone Product can be 1” to 3″ Screened Gravel with no fines. Sold by the Ton.

Uses: Drainage, Septic Systems and Tracking Pads on Job Sites, for Decorative Edging on Ponds, water control, construction entrances, drainage. Used as a sub-base beneath pavements, driveways, construction entrances, etc. when soft subsoil’s are encountered and there is a need for water drainage through base, usually covered with Grade 8 (CA-6) as compaction material.
